From the Calm Family OS™ Ebook — the full framework inside
You're not disorganised.
You're just carrying everything alone.
The average mother holds 80% of the household's cognitive load — the planning, the tracking, the anticipating. That's not a parenting problem. It's a systems problem. And systems have solutions.
The mental load that never lifts
You never fully clock off. Even sitting still, some part of your brain is running the household.
Asking for the same thing every day
You've told them fifteen times. They're capable. But the reminders never end, and neither does the frustration.
The 5–8pm window that derails everything
Tired kids, tired you, no buffer. The after-school window is where calm families fall apart.
Guilt for wanting help
You know you shouldn't be the only one doing this. But asking feels like a fight, and doing it yourself feels faster.

What Families Are Saying
Real homes. Real results.
These aren't perfect families. They're tired mothers who decided the current system wasn't working — and built a better one.
"I've read every parenting book. This is the first one that treated me like a person who runs a household, not a mother who needs to fix her feelings about it."
"The 5–8pm window was destroying us. We did the Reset Kit on a Sunday. By Wednesday it was genuinely different. I'm not exaggerating."
"My 7-year-old set the table every night this week without being asked. I nearly cried. I didn't realise how much the constant asking was costing me emotionally."

& Founder
About Dr Sally
I built this because
I was drowning too.
I'm a paediatric chiropractor with over 18 years of clinical experience working with children and families. I understand how the body works, how children develop, and what stress does to a household over time.
But none of that training prepared me for the weight of running a family home solo — the invisible, relentless, impossible-to-delegate cognitive load that mothers carry in their heads, twenty-four hours a day.
I spent years researching systems thinking, habit formation, and developmental psychology before I built the first version of this framework for my own household. What I found was this: it's not a willpower problem. It's an architecture problem.
The Calm Family OS is the system I wish I'd had in year one. It's warm, practical, and built around real family life — not an idealised version of it.
